The Irancy Village is red in colour, deep, fruity and elegant with notes of red fruits or morello cherries as it ages.
Pinot noir exclusively with some traces of Caesar.
Vatting for 10 to 15 days in temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in 228L barrels, 1 year in barrels of all agesin.
Accompanies: meats, cheeses and after ageing: game.
Laying down: to be drunk from 2 to 20 years depending on the vintage.
