Aperitif whose recipe comes from grandpa Roger.
Mixture of brandy and grape juice exclusively from the house.
Approximately 1/3 alcohol for 2/3 juice (the recipe is kept secret).
The grapes come from the red juice gamay so that the Ratafia is beautiful in colour.
The eau de vie will age for a year in casks to improve and mix it for another year.
The blend has a titre of about 18%. This mistelle should be served as a fresh aperitif but can also be used in cooking (deglazing of meats or as an accompaniment to dishes). The Map
